At Sneax, we want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns and refunds as easy as possible.
✅ Return Eligibility
You can return or exchange an item if:
It’s within 14 days of the delivery date
The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
All original tags and labels are still attached
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
We’ll happily exchange your item — just contact us and we’ll check availability.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns for:
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging or tags
Final-sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds can be issued as:
A return to your original payment method, or
Sneax store credit (if preferred)
You’ll be notified by email once your refund is processed.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a Sneax error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all return shipping costs
For other reasons (like size or preference), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Pack the item securely and return it within the instructed time
