Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS, Whatsapp. You can use it on our Order Tracking page or send us Whatsapp message +201070418583 to follow your shipment.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days depending on your location.

Absolutely! You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s in its original condition. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.


Return Eligibility

You can return an item if:

  • It’s within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels are still attached


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged (unless faulty on arrival)

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items marked “non-returnable”


📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Visit the Returns Center or contact us directly

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll send you the return instructions

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange


💳 Refund Details

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method or as Sneax store credit

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the item


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a Sneax error (like a wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping

  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees

  • You can try contacting the delivery company with your tracking number to request a redirection (if available).

You can change or cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible with:
